I've heard it said that you can't really evaluate customer service until something goes wrong and you get to see how a service reacts.People are human, mistakes can happen, no one is perfect, but how does a company react when a mistake occurs?As it happens, something went wrong with the service of my pride and joy and I got to find out.On discovering the issue (after hours and the shop had closed) I called and left a message and sent an e-mail with images attached to explain the issue. I didn't need to make any demands or get angry, I just stated the facts and asked to be contacted. Ducati Perth contacted me the very first thing the following morning, arranged to come pick up my bike, rectified the issue and returned the bike washed and looking immaculate.Everyone I dealt with were the very definition of professional and helpful, communication was amazing, I can't fault the reaction from Ducati Perth when something goes not as expected.

Great selection of bikes to choose from and friendly staff, they told me about a defect in my tank and provided a solution straight away. They made the process smooth and easy.
