I'm spewing I live on the opposite side of the country to Mario! He is a legend, I have never had better service from anyone in his industry let alone as consistently as he provides. Always willing to help on the phone with advice, orders are here in 2 days (nearly 5000 k's away!)This is how ALL businesses should operate!

I have purchased various items from Mario for various Moto Guzzis I've owned over the years. I can't express just how impressive the customer service is. Mario is extremely knowledgeable and always seems to have whatever oddball part I'm after in stock. Now I'm down Melbourne way and I tell you, items arrive so quickly.... it's like magic. I can't get local service like that. Legend!

Mario is enthusiastic about the Moto Guzzi, and it shows. You can tell he knows his stuff. I'm going to buy a Guzzi from him one day. He has a lot of gems on the showroom floor. Definitely worth a look.

Mario should actually be called Mr Moto Guzzi, in Perth anyway. He is one of the very few that are devoted to the bikes and not to the almighty dollar. I can’t fault his work or his service.

Mario's customer service is unbelievable. He stocks a comprehensive part supply on hand and is a wealth of knowledge.I live over an hour away and did a special trip to his shop for some parts and drop my wheels off to be repaired and get new tyres fitted, this was on a Friday. The time for turn around was going to be 5 plus days, which I was happy with.Due to lots of talking and me questioning him about all things Guzzi, some of the parts got left on the shop counter, and I didn't realise until I got home. I called Mario at 2.30pm and asked him to post them to me on Monday.8.00pm that night I get a call from Mario saying he was out the front of my house with not only the parts I forgot, but he also fast tracked the wheel repair and tyres, dropping everything off that same Friday night driving over an hour to deliver them personally because he knew I was planning on working on the bike on the weekend. And I hadn't even paid him yet for the repair and tyres, what a legend you are Mario.

What is it now? 30 years or so of great Guzzi service from Mario and his team?The Griso had a holiday there last week and is running like a dream.There's a reason all these reviews are 5 star. They deserve it.

I have a vintage Guzzi (1988 Lemans) and wouldn't trust anyone but Thunderbikes to look after it. Fantastic service and a great range spares for all Guzzi bikes. For anything new or old in Moto Guzzi in Perth, Mario is your man.
