Nice lil shop easy going staff and nice range of stuff for a medium size shop

Called in to get some parts for my old KDX200. They had everything in stock and customer service was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

I own a 2006 kx450 and had the carby rebuilt by another mechanic and had issues with it when installed back into the bike. I took it back to them numerous times for them to try and Band-Aid the issue with jet size changes, which still did not fix the issue. the bike was running rough and hanging idle was occurring. I brought the bike to Mack 1 in Wangara to rebuild the carby which they were very particular with and found it to be very dirty and the middle of the carby needed doing. I brought the whole bike in to be looked at and the mechanic Quintin who is soo good at his job could not find the issue to begin with. The next day he got back to me and told me the bike is ready and fixed. turns out the previous mechanic had installed the plate in the carby upside down allowing more air into the carby. it runs amazing now thanks Quinton what a legend!!!!oh and all the staff are super friendly, highly recommend for parts and servicing.

Went today to the dealer to habe a look at the ZX10R as well as the ZX6R. As the website doesn’t have any prices I wanted to find out some more info as well as price etc.Upon arrival there have been two people working there but non of them could even greet us.I looked around for roughly 10 minutes and walked out as no one bothered to service me. Was quite interested in actually buying a bike today which would have been either one of the above mentioned but it seems Kawasaki doesn’t need sales as it is the second Kawasaki dealership which treated me this way.Nothing to worry but I won’t be back and will buy either at a different dealer online or will spend my money at a competitor.

Was helped my the bloke with the black beard. Too notch service. Went out of they're way to get me a set of tyres with fitment within an hour. Wouldnt mind a client waiting area but top service and professionalism. Would be seeing me again soon.

Really happy with my new jet ski and the service from Sabrina. Mack 1 bent over backwards to have the jetski ready to go in time for the last weekend of school holidays and the price of the ski was competitive, all of the staff were easy to deal with.

Great guy's. Got my tyre's from here for my Z900 and had a small problem. Jack took my bike back to the workshop and fixed it quickly. Friendly and honest blokes who will look after you.
