Great friendly staffs. Had an emergency on our way to Pemberton. Jeremy drop everything to help troubleshooting my bike engine issues and left the bike in their workshop over a public holiday before tow it home. I really appreciated and thanks guys.

This Shop is all about customer service! They are friendly, helpful and really listen to the Customers needs. I asked for a pretty unrealistic request at 20 minutes before the shop shut on a Saturday.I gave them the option of leaving it until Monday but the Service team said they would give it a go, with a few minutes still to spare, just as I was walking in, the receptionist had just picked up the phone to ring me and inform me of the good news.I was really pleased with how quick they completed the fiddly job I had and also how decent the price was.I would recommend anyone who owns a motorbike or is looking at buying a motorbike to deal with this local business even if it is not a Yamaha you will not be disappointed.Would give 6 Stars if I could!

The customer service at the parts counter is less than acceptable. I had parts delivered next day at 10.30am from 5 star Yamaha in Hamilton Hill in Perth. Im a Yamaha diehard and new to the area. Unfortunately my money wont be staying local. Avoid if possible.
