Great experience purchasing a car from Leon! Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Leon is not your typical salesman going above and beyond.

I had my car serviced last Friday. I had two requests: 1. They fix the door seals (3 out of 4 have come loose!) 2. Wash the outside thoroughly.The door seals are on order - most annoying as I don't live and/or work in Perth, and the outside wash was cursory at best. They could have done a lot better.NB: The photos are not my car

Outstanding experience. Leon is the guy you want to see, Jay and Roy are outstanding as well. This is a truly great and honest team, so rare to find in sales nowadays. The facility is clean, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to accomodate anyone who comes in. The range of vehicles is outstanding, and the turnover is high! Every week I came in there were different vehicles on the floor. In love with the Lexus they sold me, everything they said about it is 100%. This is the dealership you want to go to! Francesco went above and beyond to give me a great customer experience at Auto Classic.I purchased one the most beautiful, one of a kind, X5's I've seen on the market. Initially I thought I'd missed out on it by 5 minutes, but left contact details just in case. Trying to book a car for repairs for last 3 and half months, first we have to go through the claim for the repair and it took 3-4 weeks (that’s understandable because it’s not in their hands) and then 4-6 weeks waiting for the parts (they should have booked in for repairs as they know it will take some time to receive the parts).Not booked yet for the repair because no places left.They never answer phones, don’t reply to emails. Worst service in perth.
